Overview
Explore Mikumi National Park, one of the spectacular parks in Tanzania’s southern circuit. Bordered to the south by the Selous Game Reserve, Mikumi forms a distinctive ecosystem. Within the park resides a subspecies of giraffe, believed by biologists to bridge the gap between the Masai giraffe and the reticulated or Somali giraffe. Mikumi also hosts elephants, zebras, impalas, elands, kudus, black antelopes, baboons, wildebeests, and buffaloes.
